Call center 118 resumed its work

The COVID-19 Hotline 118 has renewed its operation and started receiving calls.

From September 10 to October 10, 2020, the work of the Call center was temporarily suspended due to the fact that the specialists of the e-Health Center carried out technical work to set the networks and to train the Call center operators.

The KR MOH launched Call centers at 4 Merged Family Medicine Centers in Bishkek, as well as at the Regional Family Medicine Centers to provide remote, timely and qualified health advice to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the population of the country.

Call centers operate on the basis of a single information number - 118.
