Starting from February 18th, 2021, the Minister of Health and Social Development of the KR, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, is in the Russian Federation on a working trip.
During the trip, on February 19th a meeting took place in Moscow between the Minister of Health and Social Development of the KR, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, and the Minister of Health of the RF, Mikhail Murashko.
In the course of the meeting, the ministers of the two counters discussed issues related to cooperation in the field of healthcare, delivery of “Sputnik V” coronavirus vaccine to Kyrgyzstan, improvement of the material and technical infrastructure of the healthcare system in the republic, preparation and refresher training for medical workers in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Russian side will also consider the possibility of providing technical assistance in building a prefabricated module medical clinic as part of support to fight COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan. The Minister of Health and Social Development of the KR, Alymkadyr Beishenaliev, expressed his gratitude to the Russian side for its comprehensive support to Kyrgyzstan in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic.
